Last week's prompt asked you to examine how fatphobia impacts you. For this week's 201 - as promised - you'll have space to process how that impact makes you feel. Allowing ourselves to acknowledge and feel hard or taboo feelings is a really important part of recovering from fatphobic trauma/body shame. Make sure to take care of yourself and don't push yourself too hard as you do today's prompt.
